Our engines are first strapped firmly to the pallet that they sit on. Next, they are wrapped with carpet foam to protect them. Finally, the entire bundle is wrapped in shrink wrap for extra security. Transmissions and suspension are prepared to ship in the same way. Below are photos of this process:
